❤︎ Deposit Policy: A card on file is required to secure all appointments. You will not be charged at the time of booking. Full payment is collected in person at your appointment via our secure POS terminal, e-transfer, or Cash.

Please Note: Consultations are complimentary but still require a card on file. A $50 no-show fee applies to missed consultations or cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice.

❤︎ Cancellation Policy: We kindly ask for 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes. Late cancellations or no-shows will result in a $50 charge. Arrivals more than 20 minutes late may be considered a no-show; in this case, the fee will be applied toward your treatment. If you’re unable to cancel through your portal, please call or text 647-575-0099.

❤︎ Final Sale Policy: All treatments and services are final sale and non-refundable. Results vary based on individual anatomy and goals. We are committed to clear communication, realistic expectations, and exceptional care.

❤︎ Intake Forms: Digital intake forms will be emailed after booking. Please complete them prior to your appointment for a smooth experience.

❤︎ Complementary Touch-Up Policy: A two-week follow-up is encouraged for first-time Botox®/Dysport®/Xeomin® clients. Up to 5 complimentary units may be provided if needed. Additional units or changes to the original treatment plan are billed at standard rates. Touch-ups must be completed within 14–21 days; visits outside this window are considered a full treatment.
